Our Front of House managers are responsible for leading, organizing and running their shift of service. They are the integral link between our kitchen, service staff, and our guests.
Our management team holds themselves and our team to exceptional standards of service and food quality, coaching new team members, and practicing these standards everyday. Our managers motivate our staff to exceed expectations, build rapport with our patrons, and encourage guests to make return visits. They are also responsible for monitoring and controlling labor, inventory, and waste costs.

Tavolina is known for putting on high-quality, offsite catering events throughout the Ann Arbor area. Events range from weddings, business engagements, social celebrations, and university functions. The catering servers and bartenders are responsible for set up and break down of events, steps of service, and menu and beverage knowledge. This is a great opportunity to learn more about fine dining, catering, and event planning - and the schedule is flexible!

SavCo Hospitality is seeking an experienced Prep Cook to assist with daily operations in our state-of-the-art commissary kitchen, SavCo Kitchen. SavCo Kitchen develops and produces menu items for Tavolina Catering & Events. The ideal candidate will possess strong culinary techniques, knife skills, and proper knowledge of cooking equipment. The ability to follow recipes consistently is a must. We are looking for candidates with an undeniable sense of urgency and a commitment to seeing tasks through from start to finish. If you are looking to use your culinary techniques outside of a restaurant setting, this is the position for you!
SavCo Hospitality is seeking an experienced Catering Chef to join our team. We are looking for a creative, organized individual with experience in catering, menu development, and high-volume production. This role will be responsible for creating exciting from-scratch menus for our catering company, Tavolina, working out of our state-of-the-art commissary kitchen facility. Tavolina is known for putting on high-quality offsite events throughout the Ann Arbor and greater-metro Detroit area including weddings, university events, celebrations, and business functions. Experience with large-scale production, catering and logistics preferred. The Catering Chef will oversee all production and lead and train a team of prep cooks.
