MAITRE D' / LEAD HOST
Savco Hospitality is seeking an experienced Maître d' to join our team at Sava's. We are looking for a skilled anchor to work the front door during our busiest services, oversee a team of hosts, and develop relationships with our guests. We are seeking an individual with exceptional OpenTable knowledge and proven experience managing a busy front door. This individual must be an excellent communicator and exude the highest level of hospitality and poise during high-pressure situations. This individual is responsible for orchestrating the movements at the front door to accommodate all guest requests and create a smooth and bustling service. Handle guest interactions with kindness and professionalism. Find and present options to our guests, and posses emotional intelligence and empathy.
