FRONT OF HOUSE
Front of House Managers | SavCo

Our Front of House managers are responsible for leading, organizing and driving service. They are the integral link between our kitchen, service staff, and our guests. Our management team holds themselves and our team to exceptional standards of service and food quality, coaching new team members, and upholding these standards everyday. Our floor managers should have a strong sense of awareness and the ability to proactively find solutions when faced with a challenge. We look for individuals that are committed to providing a fun, engaging atmosphere to our guests and staff, and who will contribute to the growth and development of the SavCo family of businesses.
Servers | Sava's + Aventura
Sava's & Aventura are seeking out dynamic servers who thrive on providing genuine hospitality. Our highly trained servers have complete knowledge of all of our menu items and beverage offerings, and provide impeccable service to our guests. They are responsible for carrying out table side service from the moment a guest walks in the door. Our professional servers genuinely enjoy taking care of people and love all SavCo products, and convey a sense of enthusiasm and care to each guest.
Support Staff | Sava's + Aventura
SavCo's restaurants, Sava's and Aventura, are hiring Support Staff members to join our teams! Our Support Staff team members perform two positions, Food Runner and Server Assistant. They are experts on our menu offerings, and are responsible for keeping supplies in rotation during service and beautifully preparing tables for our guests. We are looking for great communicators with enthusiasm and a genuine passion for taking care of others. The Support Staff position is great for high energy individuals who are interested in learning more about the restaurant industry!
Catering Servers + Bartenders | Tavolina
SavCo's catering company, Tavolina, is hiring hospitality professionals to join our team! Tavolina is known for putting on high-quality, offsite catering events throughout the Ann Arbor area. Events range from weddings, business engagements, social celebrations, and university functions. The catering servers and bartenders are responsible for set up and break down of events, steps of service, and menu and beverage knowledge. This is a great opportunity to learn more about fine dining, catering, and event planning - and the schedule is flexible!
Bar + Front of House Manager | Aventura
Aventura is seeking an experienced and creative Bar + Front of House Manager to join our team! As Bar + Front of House Manager for SavCo Hospitality, you will have the chance to oversee a team and be part of the creative development process for our unique beverage program.
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience leading and training a team. The Restaurant + Bar Manager is responsible for working shifts as a Floor Manager, as well as beverage menu development, ordering, inventory, budgeting, scheduling, cleanliness standards, training, and leading the bar team. We are seeking a dynamic, hardworking individual who takes great pride in providing warm hospitality and attentive service. The Restaurant + Bar Manager must have a well-developed knowledge of craft and classic cocktails, wine and beer, and be highly creative.
BACK OF HOUSE
Prep Cooks | SavCo
SavCo is seeking professional prep cooks looking to gain experience in creative, high-volume restaurants. Aventura and Sava's, dining destinations in downtown Ann Arbor, have openings for hardworking, dedicated team players to join our teams. We are looking for prep cooks with a strong commitment to quality and to seeing tasks through from start to finish. The ideal candidate for this position possesses exceptional knife and cooking skills, the ability to follow recipes consistently, and a willingness to learn.
We look for cooks who enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, with the capacity to maintain an organized work space and follow food safety procedures.
Line Cooks | SavCo
SavCo is seeking professional cooks looking to gain experience in creative, high-volume restaurants. Aventura and Sava's, dining destinations in downtown Ann Arbor, have openings for hardworking, ambitious, driven, loyal team players to join our kitchens. We are looking for line cooks with an undeniable sense of urgency and commitment to established standards. The ideal candidate for this position possesses exceptional knife and cooking skills and demonstrates adaptability and willingness to develop new techniques.

Kitchen Manager | SavCo
SavCo is seeking a Kitchen Manager to join our team. This is an exciting and promising time to join one of our kitchens, as we continually strive to further develop our teams, efficiencies and ultimately--our food. We're looking for an organized, ambitious leader with experience to help us take our kitchen operations to the next level. The Kitchen Manager oversees, coaches and trains the Back of House team, ensures safety and sanitation standards are adhered to, manages food and labor costs, and contributes to our culinary vision!
Executive Chef | Sava's
We have an unique opportunity for a talented and experienced Executive Chef to oversee Sava's, an Ann Arbor dining institution. This is an exciting and promising time to join one of our kitchens, as we continually strive to further develop our teams, efficiencies and ultimately--our food. We're looking for a creative, strategic, impassioned leader with experience to help us take our kitchen operations to the next level, and beyond.
We are seeking a leader who is deeply committed to creating exceptional dining experiences, while also developing strong teams and efficient systems. The ideal candidate will excel at both the creative aspects of culinary leadership, as well as business management and team relations. The Executive Chef will oversee menu creation, ordering/sourcing quality products, cost management, scheduling, training, and team development.
